The software, which was entirely cloud based, was designed to improve communication and player development among college and professional sports teams. Winning Identity partnered with several large players including the Golf Channel, Home Depot, and IBM Watson. In early 2018, he founded Mindful Sports Group, a sports management agency with the premise of helping athletes and entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. His first athlete, Victor Perez, he helped develop a plan and process to accelerate in the top 50 in the Official World Golf Rankings. He has added additional golfers to his stable of players and helps each one identify strengths and weaknesses while developing a methodology for their success. He also develops technologies alongside these athletes to help them define their processes and gain success at the highest level.
